Syndicate members and affiliate group members support, protect and uplift The 509 Syndicate, USL Spokane and all fans. This includes, but is not limited to: being respectful of and courteous to fellow Syndicate members, USL Spokane players, technical staff and front office, matchday officials and support staff, and other USL Spokane patrons both inside and outside the stadium, as well as online.
You are expected to adhere to the Syndicate Code of Conduct (this document), and the USL Fan Code of Conduct, as well as the stadium/venue’s Code of Conduct (if applicable), whether at home or away matches, at Syndicate events, or when utilizing the services of a Syndicate business partner. Defacing or destruction of property, whether at a home or away venue, will not be tolerated. Violations will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including permanent removal from the Syndicate.
We embrace all persons willing to abide by the Syndicate Code of Conduct and support USL Spokane no matter their race, national origin, religion, political views, sexual orientation, gender identity, physical ability or supporters group affiliation. Discrimination or prejudice of any kind will never be tolerated and will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including permanent removal from the Syndicate.
Members shall not slander, misrepresent or spread misinformation about fellow USL Spokane supporters groups and/or other team's supporters groups. We promote unity and respect and always welcome others wishing to join us to support USL Spokane.
Online harassment of fellow supporters, players, game officials, front office or technical staff is strictly prohibited. Harassment is defined as a single act or course of conduct directed toward an individual or group of people that serves no legitimate purpose other than to annoy, intimidate, frighten, alarm, torment, or abuse that person or group. Violation may be subject to disciplinary action up to and including permanent removal from the Syndicate.
Members must respect the privacy of fellow Syndicate members and all persons employed by USL Spokane including, but not limited to,
players, technical staff and front office.
Violence of any kind, including verbal or physical threats is strictly prohibited and will result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent removal from the Syndicate.
Throwing of objects on the field, or in the direction of other fans, supporters, or match officials poses a danger to all in attendance and will not be tolerated under any circumstances. Violation may result in disciplinary action up to and including permanent removal from the Syndicate.
Responsible consumption of alcoholic beverages is acceptable. However, overly intoxicated members who visibly lack the ability to control themselves will be prohibited from participating in certain activities and events for the safety of themselves and other supporters. Excessive instances may result in temporary or permanent ban from the Syndicate. As dictated by law, alcohol purchase, possession or consumption by a minor is illegal and will not be tolerated.
Inappropriate touching, unwanted advances, or sexual harassment is never tolerated by the Syndicate. Any violation of this rule should be reported to the nearest event staff safety personnel or law-enforcement official.
Any discriminatory, racist or homophobic speech and/or chants (including the goal kick or “p-word” chant) will not be tolerated. In accordance with the USL Fan Code of Conduct, guests in violation of this rule can be removed from the stadium and will be subject to disciplinary action up to and including permanent removal from the Syndicate. Use of any Syndicate logos, trademarks or intellectual property is subject to the approval of Syndicate executive leadership.
As a member of the Syndicate, you will, at times, have access to confidential information pertaining to the Syndicate or USL Spokane. Any information shared outside of the Syndicate will be in violation of our Code of Conduct and may result in disciplinary action up to and including removal from the Syndicate.
Violations of the Syndicate Code of Conduct may result in temporary or permanent ban from the Syndicate. The Syndicate reserves the right to modify or extend this Code of Conduct at any time. Syndicate members will receive 7-day notice of any changes before going into effect via email at the Syndicate member’s registered email address.
